Overview

LogiTrak uses essential session cookies and limited browser storage to deliver secure account access and a polished interface. Essential storage supports authentication, security controls, and requested features.

LogiTrak is built to protect personal privacy. We do not sell personal information, and we design the platform so account access, security controls, and operational data stay handled with a privacy-first approach.

Information we collect

Account information may include your name, email address, authentication status, plan, billing state, support requests, and workspace preferences.

Operational information may include vehicle records, fuel logs, mileage trips, maintenance records, receipts, reports, support messages, fleet assignments, and related timestamps needed to run the service.

How information is used

We use account and operational data to provide the LogiTrak workspace, maintain subscription access, sync records, generate reports, deliver support, and protect the platform from abuse.

We may use aggregated operational signals to improve reliability, but we do not use personal information for advertising resale.

Cookie and storage categories

Essential storage keeps authentication, CSRF protection, and requested security features working. It cannot be disabled because the website would not work securely without it.

Preference storage remembers interface choices such as navigation state and notification-read state when allowed. Analytics storage is reserved for optional measurement and is treated as non-essential.

Third-party services

LogiTrak may use security services such as Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA on public forms when enabled. These are used for abuse prevention and account protection.

Billing and payment processing are handled by Stripe. Mail delivery, OAuth providers, hosting infrastructure, and support tooling may process the minimum information needed to complete those workflows.

Your choices and contact

You can accept optional categories, decline optional categories, or open the cookie preferences panel and choose categories individually. Declining optional categories does not remove access to core account features.
